    you guys are the best
    regularly releasing subtitle bilingually and providing softsub (so we dont need to redownload the video) -and also hardsub for the ones who dont have raw video-
    its frustrating when we have the raw video but subtitle only available in hardsub (often times in lower quality) so we have to redownload the video
